Mbabazi Annet works for the Rwanda Development Board and is a board member of Trust and care
Rwanda. Annet also worked with Non-government organization AEE and MasterCard in areas of
project management and accounting. Annet holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting sciences from
the University of Rwanda and a MBA in Finance from Maastricht school of management

Emmanuel Rugambage Ndayishimiye, works at NGALI Holdings a Rwandan company as Aerospace Avionics Engineer. Previously Emmanuel worked with Trust and care Rwanda as project officer in charge of implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the sponsorship programme. He holds an honorary Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the National University of Rwanda, Masters of aerospace engineering, majoring in Avionics from International Institute of Aerospace Engineering and Management (IIAEM), JAIN  UNIVERSITY, Bangalore-India.
Emmanuel Rugambage Ndayishimiye
Francis NKURUNZIZA is a retired civil servant. He worked in different countries and in organizations including World Vision and UNHCR. He was the Mayor of Bugesera district for 5 years and executive secretary for Mayange sector for 12 years. He holds a diploma in education, a Bachelor of Arts degree in human resource management and a Masters of Arts in local governance studies from the University of Rwanda.
Francis Nkurunziza
Renzaho Hamissi Massoudi is an entrepeneur and one of the founders of Trust and Care Rwanda and also chair person of the board of trustees. Hamissi worked with humanitarian organisations including Refugee Trust international and Enfants Refugiés Monde. At Refugee Trust International, he was the Finance and Administration officer . During and after the 1994 Rwandan genocide, Hamissi worked as bilingual secretary for the United Nations Assistance Mission for Rwanda. He also worked as bilateral funds coordinator at the British Embassy managing and selecting projects and engaging in field monitoring and evaluation. His role included meeting with local associations and local leaders on grassroots level, advising on study sharing visit proposals between local associations, monitoring of projects expenditures; monthly and annual financial reports of the projects..
Renzaho Hamissi
Ntaganira Ignatius works at Jali real Estate Ltd as Human Resource and Administration officer. He is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices for JRE Ltd. 
Mr Ntaganira previously gained experience in planning, monitoring and evaluation of projects;  he has worked widely with cooperatives in capacity building and business planning. 
Mr. Ntaganira also has experience in conducting large scale surveys, for example Financial inclusion Rwanda 2015 Experience in using tablets AFR (Access to finance Rwanda 2017) in using tablets, he also participated in the collection and correction of data from various Usaccos. Mr. Ntaganira holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Finance from University of Lay Adventists of Kigali.
Ntaganira Ignatius
Mrs Niwemugeni Jacqueline graduated from the Université Libre de Kigali in Sociology. She is a teacher by profession and is working with a national NGO called Rwanda Women's Network as community mobiliser in charge of education support for children from poor families and  the economic empowerment in capacity building of women. Jacqueline previously occupied different posts in women organizations where her major responsibilities included advocating for women rights and economic empowerment. Jacqueline represents women in Western Province and heads the Dufashabacu cooperative for women who are HIV positive.
Niwemugeni Jacqueline
John Tumushange is an on road defensive driving trainer  and works as a professional driver at the American Embassy Kigali. He is one of the founder members of Trust and Care and board member of the organization.

Mugwaneza Annet is currently the executive secretary of Trust and Care, responsible for the management of programs of the NGO. Previously Annet was the program manager of Refugee International and in charge of families in difficult circumstances. Annets responsibilities included implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the project. After the winding down of International Refugee Trust activities in Rwanda, inspired by the positive changes to the families supported, Annet and other staff decided to continue the legacy of Refugee Trust International and reach out to the needy by founding Trust and Care after the closure of its operations in Rwanda. Annet holds a higher diploma in marketing.
